Alfalfa Extract
Alfalfa (scientific name: Medicago sativa L.) is a perennial herbaceous plant of the genus Medicago in the Fabaceae family. The stems are upright, tufted or prostrate, quadrangular in shape and multi-branched. The stipules are relatively large, ovate-lanceolate, and the small leaves are obovate-oblong. The flowers are racemes in groups. The pedicel is bell-shaped and the corolla is purple. The fruit is spiral-shaped and turns brownish when ripe.
